Working towards improving the MTT game

Took down a small MTT, but it does help with the confidence in the MTT.

Have worked little bit on the MTT game and it seems it shows in the OPR rankings. I think the drop has to do with running real bad over the short run. Still believe, my MTT game is strong and can improve. Aiming to get back to the top notch.

What a final table!

Okay so here I am after taking down a tourney, what a tourney it was. My favorite uaredead lol was at my table with final 18 left.

So at the final table with 4 handed...deal was suggested..chip chop gave me 750...I asked for 850...with just 8 bb... 2 big stacks with 30 bb each and another smaller one with 10 bb said no to me. I cancelled the deal and played on.

With 5 bb left I came back to take it down.

Additionally have been learning 6 max at 7 level and here are the results....lots of variation and not very high roi...with 6 max..In last 2 weeks have played about 800 of these



Hope to win at least 1 table in Battle of planet...will try :-)

Time for change in game

As the title suggests and some of my previous posts have mentioned, I am looking for a change of games.

I have been primarily a MTT grinder with some sng thrown in with good effect. But over the period of time.. I have played the games.. I have won long and far in between to feed my micro stakes bankroll.

I am making a determined effort to try and grind more sngs.

I have attempted 18 mans... that unfortunately have not gone well. Perhaps too many leaks out there. Or perhaps I need to give it a fresh try at some point.

Regardless of that I have been trying hand at 45 and 180 man. Here are some games I played in 4 hours 15-20 tabling sets.



I will try and play these and post my results every so often to keep a track.

Pokerstars WBCOOP 2012

Its that time of the year, where all the excitement of online world ravels into one. For any online poker player, a lot of time is spent in front of the computer.



And nothing better to have online diary to keep track of your performance, to share with community that does the same thing as you do :-)

Also along the journey you may end up winning 5K, that is. Ladies and Gentlemen put your hands together, its time for Pokerstars WBCOOP 2012.



What would you do with extra 5K

1. Research says that if the finances are right you might be able to save your marriage :-)



2. Travel more around the world in hope of finding easier opponents to play poker with :-)



3. Look Younger : I would be able to eat healthier food. Research has it, eating healthy makes you look younger.



4. For any online poker enthusiast who eats, drinks, sleeps poker would mean that I could play higher limits than I do now. That would be a welcome change.



5. I might be able to do what every 9-5 worker at some point wants to do :-)

18 mans running tough

18 mans have been a disaster and a waste of time.
45 mans suck.
180 mans, getting AA beat by KQ, and J9 suck
MTT, 1 in a few get hit.

Cash played by NITS, not sure what to play.

Getting hit by variance or am a bad player...probably the later.
